Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from the moment you approve your digital proof. Proofs are sent within 48 hours of placing your order. Large orders may need a little extra time — we’ll confirm a firm date with you before we start.

Anything you have. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) work best, but we can work with PNGs, JPGs, even rough sketches. You must own the rights to any logo or design.
Can you engrave in color?

Laser engraving exposes the natural metal underneath the powder coat. On colored tumblers (black, navy, red, etc.) the engraving shows as silver/stainless. We don’t do printed-color logos — that’s a different process and it doesn’t hold up the way engraving does.
