Service Questions

Do you engrave items that we provide or only items that you provide?

Customer provided items are accepted conditionally. We require testing on most items that we don’t provide. Testing is typically not needed for items such as tumblers and cutting boards, but items such as leathers and plastics and various metals do require testing. We do charge for testing your product. We can’t guarantee any results on new items until they have been tested and the tested item will most likely not be usable after it undergoes the testing process. Because of this, we suggest only bringing your own items when you have a large quantity to engrave.

What type of materials can you engrave?

Metals, plastics, wood, leather, glass, and many more. Please send us a picture of your item to info@engravingaz.com and include any relevant details so we can determine the compatibility of your item.

If I don’t see a product on here that I would like, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please send us an email to info@engravingaz.com and include any photos or sample images of the item. We will do our best to satisfy your special request.

Can I engrave trademarked logos?

You have to own the rights to your logo if you'd like us to engrave it.

I found items online that I really like. Can I purchase them and send them to you for engraving?

Yes, if you have a bulk order of items and would like to avoid transporting them from your warehouse to ours, we can receive the items directly from your supplier.

Do you do same-day service?

Generally we do not do same-day service, but we highly value our customers so there is a possibility that we can work something out for you. Please contact us directly to inquire

Ordering

Can I visually see my customization before I order?

Yes! Our live view customization tool provides an entire library of fonts and graphics so you can create the perfect personalization and view it directly on your item in real time. When you place an order using the customization tool, we get an exact copy of what you created and we will engrave it exactly as you designed it! You can even upload your own logo to use and view live!

Is there a minimum order requirement?

We do have minimum order requirements for items that are provided by customers. If you are purchasing items from us directly we have no minimum, but we do offer big discounts with the more items you purchase!

What's the turnaround time for a gift?

We prefer to get you the items you need as fast as possible. When you order from us, if the item is in stock, we will get it shipped out within 2-4 days. Large quantity orders may be subject to additional processing time. We offer a rushed service that varies in pricing per job. Please contact us if you need a rushed job.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

If you have questions about your order or need to update something that you forgot to include, please contact us as soon as possible. There's a very small window of time before engraving production begins when we might be able to make adjustments to your product however this is not guaranteed.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the United States. To inquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard processing of your order normally takes 2-4 business days. Rushed processing and expedited delivery are available on all orders (for an additional charge).

Returns and Refunds

What is your Shipping & Return policy?

Yes, we do have a Shipping and Return Policy please review it here: Shipping and Return Policy. Returns on custom orders that have been proofed by the customer and contain no typos, dramatic misalignment or other errors will not be accepted, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect of the item itself. Please contact us right away if you have any issues so we can get you what you need ASAP.
