A to Z Engraving offers engraving services on all types of products, even if you don’t find the products directly on our site, you can send us a picture of your items and describe your engraving request, and we can determine if the items are compatible with laser engraving. If they are, you can bring the items into our shop in Tempe, Arizona and we can engrave the items to your specifications. By appointment only*

What can I add to my engraving?

We can add your personalized text and or logo to your engravable item. We have a full list of materials that we can engrave on and some examples of what can be engraved listed on our Services Page.

Do you engrave items that we provide or only items that you provide?

Customer provided items are accepted conditionally. We require testing on most items that we don’t provide. Testing is typically not needed for items such as tumblers and cutting boards, but items such as leathers and plastics and various metals do require testing. We do charge for testing your product. We can’t guarantee any results on new items until they have been tested and the tested item will most likely not be usable after it undergoes the testing process. Because of this, we suggest only bringing your own items when you have a large quantity to engrave. If you decide to proceed with the order after testing, we will deduct the individual item engraving difference in cost from your testing fee. 

What type of materials can you engrave?

Metals, plastics, wood, leather, glass, and many more. Please send us a picture of your item to info@engravingaz.com and include any relevant details so we can determine the compatibility of your item.

If I don’t see a product on here that I would like, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please send us an email to info@engravingaz.com and include any photos or sample images of the item. We will do our best to satisfy your special request.

Can I engrave trademarked logos?

You have to own the rights to your logo if you'd like us to engrave it.

I found items online that I really like. Can I purchase them and send them to you for engraving?

Yes, if you have a bulk order of items and would like to avoid transporting them from your warehouse to ours, we can receive the items directly from your supplier.

Do you do same-day service?

Generally we do not do same-day service, but we highly value our customers so there is a possibility that we can work something out for you. Please contact us directly to inquire

What if I want to speak to someone?

If you'd like to speak to one of our engraving specialists, you can reach us at 480-823-0422. If we are unable to answer, leave us a message, and we will return your call promptly. You're welcome to email us at info@engravingaz.com and include any sample images, graphics or logos so we can better assist you.

Is there minimum orders?

We do have minimum order requirements for items that are provided by customers. If you are purchasing items from us directly we have no minimum, but we do offer big discounts with the more items you purchase!

What's the turnaround time for a gift?

We prefer to get you the items you need as fast as possible. When you order from us, if the item is in stock, we will get it shipped out (or ready for local pickup) within 2-4 days. Large quantity orders are subject to additional processing time. We offer a rushed service that varies in pricing per job. Please contact us if you need a rushed job.
